Ground to Overhead 14,000 / 10,000 lbs
Total weight lifted from ground to overhead. You choose movements and weights. Snatch, Clean and Jerk, KB, DB… Accumulate total weight. Do not let your perception from a first impression scare you. “WTF 14,000 lbs???” In strength and conditioning we often use total weight lifted as a way of tracking total volume of work done by an athlete. Randy at 75 Snatches gets you 5,000 / 4,000 approximately. So you get to choose the movements. You get to choose high rep, low rep, etc… 3 2 1 GO
