1 Clean and Jerk on the min. every minute, adding 1 Clean and Jerk each minute and continue to add 1 Clean and Jerk each round until you can no longer continue all the Clean and Jerks within the minute (ie if you get to minute/round 15 and you only complete 14 of the required 15 Clean and Jerk , then you are done and your score is 14)

•Rest one minute•

1 Power Snatch on the min. every minute, adding 1 Power Snatch each minute and continue to add 1 Power Snatch each round until you can no longer continue all the Power Snatches within the minute (ie if you get to minute/round 15 and you only complete 14 of the required 15 Power Snatch, then you are done and your score is 14)
