CrossFit OCD - CrossFitTeam Incredible Hulk (AMRAP - Rounds and Reps)40min AMRAP 5 Deadlifts 115/75 5 Hang Power Clean 5 Front Squat 5 Push Press 5 Back Squat *One partner completes a full round. Partner 2 then completes a full round rotating back and forth in this manner. Once Athlete starts round the barbell can not rest on the ground. One full round has to be completed before dropping bar. Rest holding barbell however you chose but if it is dropped to ground before entire round is complete the entire round does not count (NO REP)....
